Principle of Diode Laser 808nm Hair Removal and Q Switch Nd Yag Laser Tattoo Removal

Diode Laser 808nm hair removal machine uses a concentrated beam of light (laser) to remove unwanted hair. During laser hair removal, 808nm diode laser machine emits a light that is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair. The 808nm laser energy is converted to heat, which damages the tube-shaped sacs within the skin (hair follicles) that produce hairs. This damage inhibits or delays future hair growth.

The Q Switched Nd Yag Laser machine produces three different wavelengths (1064nm, 532nm, 1320nm Carbon Peeling) that allows it to successfully treat different tattoo pigments on different skin types. Each wavelength is attracted to a different range of colours. For example, the 532nm wavelength is attracted to red, yellow and orange, whilst the 1064nm is attracted to all other colours. The 1320nm laser is for carbon peeling, holleywood peeling, skin rejuvenation, acne treatment.

What to Expect During Diode Laser Hair Removal
Just before the diode laser hair removal procedure, your hair that will be undergoing treatment will be trimmed to a few millimeters above the skin surface. Usually topical numbing medicine is applied 20- 30 minutes before the laser procedure, to help with the sting of the laser pulses.

Can laser tattoo removal be performed on any skin type?
Nd Yag Laser Machine Tattoos can be removed from all skin types, but the darker the skin, there is greater attraction of the laser to the melanin or pigment in the skin. This makes tattoos more difficult to remove on darker skin. Risk of hypopigmentation (loss of skin pigment) is more likely on darker skin types.

Can I tattoo a new design over the same area once the tattoo has been removed?
Yes, it is possible to have the same area re-tattooed if you wish once the original tattoo has been removed. The area will need to heal completely before this can be done. Laser tattoo removal can be used to fade or remove a tattoo prior to having it tattooed over.
